The 1060EF is lighter, smaller and more compact than other space-saving models by industry-leading brands. This will especially delight those who have limited space for fitness equipment. Although it has a smaller footprint, the 1060ef still provides a longer maximum stride length than most ellipticals on the market.

We like the new design of floating pedals very much. Engineers from Diamondback Fitness eliminated the outdated components (inefficient roller-and-rail design, for instance) and refined the 1060EF with dual-spindle technology to mimic more-natural motion regardless if you walk, jog, or run. The stride length is adjustable within 3 levels: from 18, through 20, to 23 inches. As a final result, the combination of adjustable stride and magnetic resistance with quiet Poly-V belt provides more effectively target upper and lower body muscle groups while taking up significantly less space.

The 1060EF's compter console is preloaded with 12 pre-programmed workouts (8 preset programs and 4 heart rate controlled programs). You can track your fitness progress or create custom workouts (there are also 4 additinal custom programs available). The backlit LCD console is easy to read and what is more important, it is very easy to use.
