The Horizon EX 69 is out of manufacture. As an alternative from Horizon Fitness, you can consider the new Horizon ex59, or even better machine by Sole Fitness, the Sole E25.

Horizon EX 69 Elliptical Machine Review

The Horizon EX 69 elliptical trainer is built with quality workmanship and precision which you can feel. Just a few strides are enough to feel the difference between light-home models and a club-style machine with 14.3-pound flywheel which this model is equipped with. It is designed on the new SIXstar Certified platform which is designed to provide the smoothest, most natural elliptical movement. In the new EX series, the EX69 is positioned just above the best selling Horizon's elliptical trainer, the Horizon Elliptical EX 59.

The Horizon Fitness EX 69 is equipped with an advance ECB magnetic brake system with 20 resistance levels. You have the option to adjust the incline level to 5 different positions. The additional motivating features include the GoalCenter (to keep track of all your workouts), built-in speakers with iPod/MP3 compatibility, reading rack, workout fan and 10 different programming options. The 5.75" (14.6cm) wide green backlit display tracks yout time, speed, distance, calories, heart rate, program level, and watts. It is more than enough to take this machine into serious consideration when you buying an elliptical trainer.
