The Kettler Axos P crosstrainer is one of the cheapest programmable elliptical trainers by Kettler. It doesn't mean that it is made of cheap components and materials, but it is an entry level machine from the Kettler's product line. It is a basic, but still high-quality elliptical cross trainer, designed for home use. We want to draw you attention to another model which competes to the Axos - the Horizon EX-59.

Kettler Axos P Elliptical Trainer Review

The Kettler AXOS Cross P features 12 workout programs with adjustable intensity levels. The heart rate control programs automatically adjust resistance to maintain target rate (heart rate can be measured via the telemetric hand grip sensors, via the infrared ear clip sensor or via the optional wireless chest strap transmitter). It also has the recovery feature for cardio-wellness index calculation.

The AXOS P is equipped with a heavy 30.5 pound flywheel (13.8kg), which is the main component that actually controls how smooth the elliptical feels. The heavier the flywheel, the smoother the motion. Additionally, it has a Poly "V" drive belt that yields silent operation. The stride length of the AXOS P cross trainer is 15 inches, which is an average value in elliptical machines at this price point. It is long enough to be comfortable for people of average height (it's not for taller people, above 185cm/73 inches in height). It is also equipped with a motor-controlled variable magnetic resistance system with 16 resistance levels. Other features include adjustable foot plates with three positions, built-in levelers, transport wheels. However, at this price, the Axos should come with a bottle holder, which is not the case.

Where to Buy Kettler ellipticals at Best Price

The most expensive place to buy Kettler cross trainer is the official website. A better option is to order from some of the reputable Kettler's dealers (Amazon, for instance). They offer lower prices and proven good customer support. However, due to market disruptions caused by the pandemic in 2020 and 2021, Kettler ellipticals are no longer available for online buying. Instead, we suggest you to consider Horizon ex59 or even better machines by Sole Fitness.
