The NordicTrack elliptical ASR 700 has a smooth, frictionless digital resistance system that works together with the Personal Trainer to automatically control a resistance level for better results. It is equipped with the long 18" stride length that gives you a fuller range of motion.

Placed on the console in front of you, a music port that is copmatibile with the iPod® and most MP3 players allows you to listen to your own music through the built-in speaker as you exercise. On the same console is built in the Grafixx Hi-Res display that inculde the Game & Train interactive video games.
