The ProForm 500LE is out of manufacture. Instead, we suggest you to consider the Horizon EX-59 or even better and a bit more expensive Sole E25. These are machines of much better quality, sold at a similar price range.

ProForm 500LE Elliptical Machine Review

The ProForm 500 LE is a SpaceSaver elliptical trainer that has been designed for infrequently use by light-weight users. This elliptical accommodates users up to 250 lbs. But, don't forget this is the limit - maximum which it can support. There is no elliptical machine at this price point below this weight-limit on the market, anyway.

Loaded with tons of popular features such as iFit® card technology, music port compatible with MP3 players and iPod®, Intermix Acoustics 2.0 sound system, Grafixx display, workout fan and more, it promises a lot of fun. But there is a huge weekness of this elliptical machine - its extraordinary poor warranty: just 90 days on parts and labor!

What we can say about this machine and how to conclude this review when the manufacturer shows how confident they are in their product covering it with only 90 days? Instead of an answer, we recommend you to see some of the newer ProForm SpaceSaver models. If you don't need a folding option, rather see some of the award-winning models from Sole Fitness or some of the Horizon's EX ellipticals.
