With a price below $300, the Proform 320 belongs to the group of the cheapest elliptical machines today. Although it is a basic model for home use, it is not so poorly equipped as expected at this price point. It comes with a built-in two-speed fan, bottle holder, LCD display with three sections, EKG heart rate monitor with sensors built into the handlebars. While you exercise you can track your pulse, calories burned, fat calories burned, speed, time, and distance.

The Proform 320 elliptical machine is equipped with a silent magnetic resistance system with 10 digitally controlled resistance levels. There are also 6 Personal Trainer Workouts that were created by certified Personal Trainer, plus 2 Customizable programs.
