The Proform CrossTrainer 600 has been introduced a few months before the similar 500f elliptical machine. It is a proven, good front drive design. There are not many differences between these two machines. The Proform CrossTrainer 600 is more robust, offering two inches longer stride length and a few years longer frame warranty. Both are equipped with the Silent Magnetic Resistance system that accommodates users up to 275 pounds. Unlike 500f which comes with 5 weight loss and 5 personal trainer workout programs, the ProForm CrossTrainer Elliptical 600 comes with 5 cross-trainer, 4 weight-loss, 1 heart rate and 1 personal trainer workout. So, the great advantage is the cross-training workouts challenging you with the full range of incline settings. Both machines have a ClearView display, workout fan and heart rate monitor. Additional features that come with Cross Trainer 600 include oversized pedals, target pacer indicator, and other features.
