It is one of the largest models in the wide CE series by Smooth Fitness (the 1st runner up of the heavy commercial CE 8.0). With its sturdy steel frame, the CE 7.4 supports users up to 350 pounds, like most of commercial crosstrainers. It is made for people who takes fitness seriously. The CE 7.4 elliptical machine is loaded with tons of features for which SmoothFitness is already famous, plus a few extras. With a heavy duty flywheel it has a noticeably smoother ride than other ellipticals. A 21-inch long stride is good enough even for the tallest users. The computer console features a four-window, dot matrix LED display. It is preloaded with 15 challenging preset programs that include a manual program, 3 target programs, a MET program, a fat burning program, a strength program, an interval program, a fitness level test, a target heart rate and 5 custom programs. It supports mySmooth technology which allows you to immerse yourself in spectacular virtual outdoor workout experiences through full motion videos and interactive capabilities. The console has an input jack for iPod, MP3 player or other audio device, coupled with sound system. It also has a built-in 3-speed adjustable fan and integrated reading rack is perfect for holding books, magazines, a cell phone or other devices. The machine comes with a FREE wireless heart rate monitor (only available on other elliptical machines for an additional cost).
